At the discretion of Spayoka products we are willing to replace any product that is defective with the ingredients and is unable to use, however we will not extend that to a product that is not agreeing with your skin type. We always advise that you must do a skin patch test when using any product. If you return a defective product within the first 14 days of purchase, you will receive a new product within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you. We will not refund, pay shipping, pay taxes or any form of payment from you to us for any product that has been used halfway or in it's entirety.
You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form. And to help ensure warranty claims are for genuine Spayoka products, our technical support department may also require you to email a copy of your purchase receipt to us.

Label and ship the product to the address provided by us; and place any necessary return number prominently on the outside of the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return number where required may be refused.

Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then eCaribbeanonline will meet its legal obligations to you, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within one week of delivery and with proof of purchase without damage.
