How do I view/track my order?

Viewing/tracking an order is pretty simple. You start by entering the Receipt No. - e.g. ECO-20200123173427-72557 - of the order you want to view/track in the area above that says "Enter Receipt No., Buyer's Email or Item Tracking No." and then click the search button on the right. If it is a valid receipt number you would be presented with a detailed receipt of your purchase order containing any relevant tracking information for the items purchased.

How do I view/track a specific item?

Viewing/tracking of an item is also pretty simple. You start by entering the Tracking No. - e.g. D01-20200101-EO9X18Q5 - of the item you want to view/track in the area above that says "Enter Receipt No., Buyer's Email or Item Tracking No." and then click the search button on the right. If it is a valid tracking number you would be presented with a detailed report of your item current delivery status and any change(s) from the time of purchase.

What if I don't have/remember the receipt no. or item tracking no.?

Don't have your receipt number or item tracking no. - no problem. Simply enter in the area above that says "Enter Receipt No., Buyer's Email or Item Tracking No." the email you used when checking out and click the search button on the right. This would present to you a list of all purchase orders made with the email address entered. From this list you can select any of the receipt no. available to view a detailed receipt of your purchase order containing any relevant tracking information for the items purchased.

Can I search by anything else other that receipt no,buyer's email or item tracking no.?

Unfortunately no you cannot. Receipt no. and email address are unique to your purchases and as such is the easiest way to identify any/all purchases made by you and item tracking numbers are unique identifiers for delivery of item(s). Any other detail(s) collected at checkout are not necessarily unique to your purchases and as such would not make finding what you're looking for any easier.

I am a registered member but not logged in can I perform this search?

As a registered member we would highly recommend you sign into your account and use the "Purchasing History" link as this presents you with a listing of all your purchases. However with that being said/recommended you can use this search - whether signed in or not - should you so desire.

Can I print either a specific purchase order or list of purchase orders?

Yes you can. Both a detailed purchase order and list of all purchase orders are printable and you can also email either to yourself for safe keeping should you so desire. In fact we highly recommend that you do either(email or print) as a non member.

Can I track a specific item directly from a purchase order found via this search?

Tracking of a specific item can be done from a purchase order result found in a search. On the rightmost column under the heading "Tracking No." you would see for any item delivered by any of our couriers a unique tracking no. Click on this tracking no. for the item you want to track and you would be given a detailed listing of that item's current delivery status and any status change(s) from the moment of purchase.

Why does items have different tracking numbers on the same receipt?

To ensure that our buyers get exactly what they have paid for we have opted to individually track each item to ensure delivery.
